The main Box Office is on the first level through the main entrance at the front of the building facing Melbourne Street. The Box Office is open from 9am to pm Monday to Saturday or one hour prior to a performance. If you have chosen to collect your tickets from the Box Office and you are collecting your tickets more than one hour before your show, the tickets will be available from the main Box Office. Cloakrooms open 90 minutes before the start of your performance and close 30 minutes after the performance ends. Any items not claimed within 30 minutes of the end of the performance will be transferred to lost property and can be reclaimed through QPAC Stage Door.
